Prior to his current role, Victor served as a Senior Software Product Manager at Panduit, where he managed the Intelligent Infrastructure Software Portfolio. In previous roles at Vertiv and Avocent, he led product launches, supported strategic customer initiatives, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and contributed to business growth across global markets.
His background spans solutions architecture, product management, sales engineering, and business development, with expertise in helping customers design and deploy resilient and efficient infrastructure solutions.
Victor holds an MBA in Information Technology from FIA University in Sao Paulo, Brazil and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in Sao Paulo Brazil.
