Summary

Join the Server Cooling Solutions team at Johnson Controls for a two-part webinar series on efficiency losses in the thermal chain.

In the first webinar, Bill Flaherty, Sr. Director of Data Center Thermal Management, will walk you through how heat moves from the chip to the atmosphere and reveal the hidden efficiency losses along the way. Bill will take us through the white space, from silicon junction through cold plate to CDU, and show how legacy technology and design decisions can lead to higher operating costs. The webinar will conclude with a discussion of innovations that can help reduce these inefficiencies and reduce the total power allocated to thermal management in a modern data center.
