Summary

Data is only valuable when it is trustworthy enough to make informed decisions from, and defendable enough to explain to stakeholders. In today's data center construction environment, industrial supply chains generate tremendous amounts of information, but more tools and more volume do not add up to confidence.

In this webinar, BluePrint Supply Chain will look at supply chain KPIs from a different angle, starting from the question every program leader is actually asking:

-Are the decisions I'm making improving the health of my program?

-How do I know the information telling me so is true?  Metrics that answer those two questions are worth tracking. Most others are reporting. We will cover what makes a number reliable enough to act on, how to measure whether a decision produced the change it was meant to, and where this leads as the industry moves toward forecasting and predictive supply chain management.

Attendees will gain practical guidance on:

•    Judging whether the data is reliable enough to decide from

•    Why the objective, not a standard list, defines what to measure

•    Reading whether a decision improves program health

•    What has to be true before forecasting becomes realistic

Whether you're responsible for procurement, project controls, program logistics, or executive oversight, this session offers a practical way to judge whether your supply chain data is telling you the truth, and whether the decisions you're making from it are working.
