Seth Harris

Seth Harris is a Partner at ON Partners, a leading retained executive search firm. He specializes in SaaS, Security, Data Center/Digital Infrastructure, Business Services, and AI & Emerging Technology. Before joining ON Partners, Harris served as Managing Partner with Cook Associates and was a founding member of the nationally-recognized search firm Christian & Timbers. Harris began his career at IBM Corporation, where he spent a decade in sales management and marketing roles. His performance was consistently recognized with numerous national honors, including the prestigious IBM Leadership Award.

Harris holds an MBA from Boston University and a BS in Management from Keene State College. He currently serves on the board of advisors for On | Corps, a provider of real-time performance diagnostics solutions for enterprise teams.
