Senior Estimator – Data Center Construction
Ashburn, Va.
This opportunity is with a leading provider of mission-critical equipment and services. This firm provides a complete product line of data center equipment  that are custom-fit to the requirements of their client’s mission-critical facilities. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing price and cost proposals, as well as assisting in sales strategy for proposals and proposal preparations, and more. Five to 10 years of experience in performing cost estimates, reviewing contractor’s price and cost proposals for major engineering and construction projects is required.

UPS Field Service Engineer
Herndon, Va.
This data center position in Northern Virginia is with a national leader in the critical facilities manufacturing market providing data center power solutions in all aspects of the data center. The chosen candidate will apply an intensive and diversified knowledge of complete UPS start-up, testing and operations. He or she will be responsible  for commissioning, maintaining and providing emergency support on power electronics at customers’ sites within their respective regional coverage area. This position requires two to six years experience in this field and ability to troubleshoot down to component level on equipment such as UPS, batteries, power distribution units, static automatic transfer switches, branch circuit monitoring, and other electrical equipment.

Data Center Facility Operations Director
Ashburn, Va.
This opportunity is with a mission-critical data center developer and colocation provider in what’s known as Data Center Alley.  The firm is looking for an experienced Data Center Facility Operations Director to support multiple data centers. The Director will be responsible for managing the overall quality and service of the operation and maintenance of multiple critical facility infrastructure systems. This position requires 10 to 15 years of data center facility operations and maintenance experience, as well as five years of leadership experience in data center facility operations.

Data Center Facility Engineer
Kansas City
This opening is with a firm that provides data center solutions custom-fit to the requirements of their client’s mission-critical operational facilities. The chosen candidate will operate and manage both routine and emergency service on a variety of state of the art critical systems such as: medium voltage switchgear, diesel generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, fire detection/suppression; building monitoring systems and more. Seven to 10 years of data center facility operations and maintenance experience is required, as well as experience developing and writing procedures and a solid understanding of critical electrical and mechanical equipment.

Electrical Commissioning Engineer
Severn, Md.
This position is with a leader in Critical Facilities Assessment and Commissioning Services in the in the U.S. This engineering opening includes managing projects, plans, provide and gather specifications, and executing assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering commissioning role for large facility projects. This company has offices primarily throughout the U.S. but is a global company. This position requires seven to 10 years of experience in the electrical field. A bachelor’s or associates degree in electrical engineering is a plus.

Data Center Construction Manager – Owners Rep
San Francisco
This opportunity is a leading provider of owner’s rep mission-critical data center construction solutions. 
chosen candidate will assist in planning and organizing large scale data center construction projects and manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client. Requirements include experience with data center construction projects is a “huge plus.”

Controls Project Manager – Data Center Construction
Westerville, Ohio
The chosen candidate for this Ohio position will have experience managing data center construction projects, plus five to 10 years or more experience with BMS/BCM Systems (building monitoring systems/building control systems). Responsibilities include planning and organizing large scale data center construction projects and putting together critical facilities construction project plans – size up, costs, scheduling , timeline.

Compliance and Security Director – Data Center Colo
Dallas
As Compliance and Security Director, you will be charged with management of the security program, including development of portfolio-wide technical and procedural standards for physical security protection. The chosen candidate will also manage and support the compliance and audit functions, enabling all stakeholders to contribute to the success of required annual audits in support of our clients’ own compliance requirements. Qualifications include a minimum of five years of experience managing security operations in a medium to large enterprise or commercial data center provider.
