The firm is looking for a Data Center Engineer to support a critical data center. The Critical Facility Engineer will be responsible for monitoring compliance with contractual commitments, directing technical and administrative tasks related to the operation of the critical facility infrastructure and assuring compliance with company’s policies and procedures. This position requires five years of relevant experience, and experience with power, electrical and mechanical equipment including generators, critical and essential PDU’s, UPS, switchgear and more.

This property management position is with a provide of data center colocation sites. The firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to manage a large colo critical facility. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing the entire portfolio: operations of the entire Data Center; manage the financial aspect of the site and will act as the interface between client organizations. The chosen candidate will require 5-10 years of experience in real estate management.
