Tim Conti

Tim Conti is a Partner at ON Partners, a leading retained executive search firm. With more than 20 years in retained executive search, Conti has completed more than 150 C-level and Board searches with a focus on communications infrastructure, largely within the Data Center segment. Conti served as ON Partners' Managing Partner for eight years and continues to serve as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Before joining ON Partners, he was a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers' Intellectual Property group, and also practiced intellectual property litigation for one of the largest law firms in Chicago. Conti holds a BS in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a JD from Loyola University Chicago.
