AixEnergy Exhibition & Conference
AixEnergy: Where AI, Energy and Infrastructure Converge
The growth of AI is changing the energy equation.
Across the energy industry, AI is already being used to improve operations, optimise assets, strengthen decision-making and increase efficiency. At the same time, the rapid expansion of AI and data centres is creating new demands for power, grid capacity, cooling and infrastructure.
These two industries can no longer develop independently.
Taking place from 14–17 September 2026 at BITEC, Bangkok, AixEnergy brings together the energy, technology, data centre and infrastructure communities to address both sides of this transformation: how AI is changing energy, and how the energy industry will power the continued growth of AI.
Co-located with Gastech Bangkok 2026, AixEnergy gives attendees the opportunity to connect these conversations with the wider global energy industry, bringing together leaders from across natural gas, LNG, low carbon solutions, electrification, technology and AI for energy.
The AixEnergy Strategic Conference
The AixEnergy Strategic Conference focuses on the commercial and strategic decisions being made as AI, energy and infrastructure become increasingly interconnected.
Senior leaders from energy, technology, data centres, infrastructure, investment and government will examine the issues defining the next phase of growth, from deploying AI across energy operations to securing the power, grid capacity, infrastructure and investment required to support expanding data centre demand.
Confirmed speakers include:
- Hassan Alnaqbi, CEO, Khazna
- Vatsun Thirapatarapong, Country Manager, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Dr. Worawut Waruttamapornsu, Country MD, Hitachi Energy Thailand
- Dr. John Markus Lervik, Founder and Head of Embedded & APAC, Cognite
- Charlie Sanchez, President - Infrastructure Advisory, Black & Veatch
They will be joined by senior voices from across energy, data centres, technology, engineering, infrastructure and investment.
For attendees, the conference is an opportunity to understand where demand is heading, how businesses are responding and where the next opportunities are emerging across AI and energy.
The Technical Conference
Running alongside the Strategic Conference, the Technical Conference moves from strategy to application, exploring how AI and digital technologies are being deployed across energy operations today.
Through technical presentations, case studies and practical discussions, attendees can explore applications spanning predictive maintenance, autonomous operations, digital twins, robotics, cybersecurity, intelligent asset management and operational optimisation.
Together, the Strategic and Technical Conferences provide a view across both sides of the market: AI for Energy and Energy for AI.
Whether your focus is deploying AI within an energy business, developing data centre infrastructure, securing future power capacity, investing in new projects or providing the technologies enabling this growth, AixEnergy provides a place to understand how these markets are developing and connect with the organisations shaping them.
AI needs energy. Energy is increasingly being transformed by AI. The infrastructure connecting the two is becoming one of the defining challenges and opportunities for both industries.
AixEnergy is where those conversations come together.
