David Chernicoff Joins Data Center Frontier as Senior Editor

Today we welcome David Chernicoff to the DCF team as Senior Editor, a newly created position. David has more than 30 years of experience covering enterprise IT and the data center sector.

As the data center industry continues to grow, Data Center Frontier is growing along with it. Today I'm pleased to welcome David Chernicoff to the DCF team as Senior Editor, a newly created position. David has more than 30 years of experience covering  enterprise IT and the data center sector, and will work with me to bring you expanded coverage of the digital infrastructure sector.

Many of you will be familiar with David's work for some of leading titles in technology journalism. From 2010 to 2016, he wrote about the data center industry for ZDNet and DatacenterDynamics. Prior to that he wrote about Windows technology for Windows IT Pro, Connected Home Media, Windows 2000 Magazine and PC Week Labs. He most recently worked with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise on its Enterprise NXT    

David has also authored or co-authored books on using Windows NT, Windows XP and data center energy efficiency, He has contributed thousands of articles to trade publications and technical journals, and been an expert speaker at industry events including Interop, Comdex, Windows World and many others.

At Data Center Frontier, we are always focused on new technology and how it is shaping the data center industry. David brings experience in a wide range of data center topics, but one of the focal points of his reporting will be the growing adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and the hardware that will power it. You can also expect to see David share his expertise in moderating upcoming webinars and data center forums.  

We also will be broadening our coverage by sharing the work of other Endeavor Business Media publications covering digital infrastructure, including Lightwave, Broadband Technology Report, Cabling Installation and Maintenance and Microgrid Knowledge.
